Product Description

BTA-450/ 450A + BM+500 automatic L-type membrane packing machine

BTA-450A automatic membrane packing machine is widely applied for the membrane thermal shrinking & packing in industries of stationery, food, cosmetics, pharmaceutical or hardware, etc.

With imported PLC, it is easy to operate, and when any parameter is over its limit, the machine will alarm.

The machine is equipped with horizontal and vertical photoelectric sensors (imported), and they can be switched conveniently.

BTA-450A can be connected in a production line.

Features:

1. This automatic L-type cutting, sealing & thermal shrinking machine can be connected in an automatic production line.
2. With the PLC, it is convenient to operate, and when any parameter is over the limit, the machine will alarm automatically. 3. There is a layer of TPFE coating for the cutter, and after the cutting, there will be no crack or burning.
4. There are protective device for the cutter, and the wrong cutting can be avoided.
5. The height of the membrane guider and the conveyor can be adjusted. When the size of package is changed, there is no
need of replacing of dies or bag maker.
6. The bag length is controlled by the electric eye and the timer.
7. There is a sensor for the waste, and after the packing, those waste can be wound automatically.
8. The position of the deflating hole can be regulated, and the packing effect is good.
9. The machine is equipped with horizontal and vertical photoelectric sensors (imported), they can be switched
conveniently, and the machine can be used for those thin or small products.
10. With the digital temperature controller, the temperature can be set, so the cutting & sealing temperature can be
controlled accurately.

3. The seller prepares the machines.
4. After the machine is completed, have the test & trial run.
5. Before the delivery, if the buyer requires, have the necessary inspecting.
6. As per the contract/ PI amount, the buyer balances the payment.
7. The machine is going to be shipped.
8. After the machine is received, the seller provide the buyer guidance for the installation and the debugging.
