Product Description

Automatic Vertical Liquid Packing Machine

Suitable for automatic packaging of liquid, cream, paste material of foods, medicine, daily used chemical, farm chemical, plastic products, etc. Such as shampoo, body foam, facial cream, oil, grease, makeup, pestiside, fertilizer, foliage feritilizer,
seasoning oil, chili sauce, ketchup and so on.

Performance and features:

1.Automatic liquid packing machine can finish the process like conveying bag, bag making, filling, weighing, sealing, cutting, counting, lot number, etc.
2. Chinese and English intelligent screen, stainless steel cabinet. Set up the required data(include filling, weighing, bag size, etc) in the touch screen.
3. Stepper Motor control, this system has the advantage of precise, needless to adjust the other parts.
4. Intelligent temperature control by temperature controller to make heat balance better. use bilingual display screen control system and stainless steel cabinet.
5. Fine packaging performance ,low noise , sealing texture and strong sealing performance.
6. With safe plastic box on rotating blade to avoid hurting operator's hands.
7. It has color system controller, so that can get the complete trade mark design.
8. With printer (to be able to code the date and batch number) and rotating blade(be able to adjust the length of bag and shape of bag notch edge packing.

1. Both of parties sign on a contract, and then the seller prepare the PI.
2. The buyer arranges the down payment.
3. The seller prepares the machines.
4. After the machine is completed, have the test & trial run.
5. Before the delivery, if the buyer requires, have the necessary inspecting.
6. As per the contract/ PI amount, the buyer balances the payment.
7. The machine is going to be shipped.
8. After the machine is received, the seller provide the buyer guidance for the installation and the debugging.
